Position Overview:
We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide school-based services throughout California. Opportunities are available for onsite W2 positions as well as remote 1099 roles for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and assessments
Support students with fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings (virtually or onsite, as applicable)

Requirements:

Active California Occupational Therapist License
Clinical Teaching Credential (CTC) – required
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
