The role involves working closely with clients in home and community settings, implementing individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct one-on-one behavioral support to children in various environments.
- Implement ABA strategies and behavior intervention plans as outlined by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect and document data on client progress.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and other team members.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working within ABA services.
- High school diploma required; degree preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Dependable transportation to travel between client locations.
- Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday.
