Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

North Kansas City, MO | Onsite | Full-Time

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support services to students in a school-based setting in North Kansas City, Missouri.

Position Details
Location: North Kansas City, MO
Setting: Onsite (School-Based)
Schedule: Full-Time
School Year: 2026–2027

Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support
Collect and document behavioral data
Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral goals
Collaborate with school staff and clinical supervisors

Qualifications
Active RBT certification (required)
Experience in school or ABA setting preferred
Strong communication and behavior management skills
