POSITION SUMMARY:
The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for overseeing the full accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate handling of invoices and payments. This role serves as a key liaison between internal departments and external vendors, maintaining compliance with company policies and fostering strong relationships. In addition to managing day-to-day AP operations, the position contributes to closing activities, process improvements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may.")
- Oversee end-to-end AP process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Review and verify invoices against company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
- Execute payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Maintain positive vendor relationships and manage inquiries effectively.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful platform operation, development, and business continuity.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing, including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
- Daily in-person, predictable attendance.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License required. Employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting or accounts payable experience, a degree is preferred
- Ten-Key by touch.
- Good general accounting skills and knowledge, ability to identify and follow up on discrepancies.
- MS Office and Excel capabilities.
- Sage 300 software is a plus.

- Sage, DocLink, and Excel preferred.
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with minimal supervision.

The Accounts Payable Analyst works indoors in an office setting, primarily sitting for extended periods of time at a desk station, keyboarding and using repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and or fingers. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus while reading and staring at a computer monitor. They will also need to speak clearly and audibly, as well as have the ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and /or other sounds (e.g., building alarms) deriving from in-person speech, telephone, or other remote speech. No adverse environmental conditions are expected. While in the office, the Accounts Payable Analyst may be called upon to stand, kneel, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, crouch, climb, and lift; therefore, the Accounts Payable Analyst should be able to lift 25 lbs. independently.
Work hours may include early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
