What they’re looking for:
- 3 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (100 invoices/day)
- Strong 3-way matching skills
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) solid PDF handling
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems (Sage/MAS is a plus!)
- Strong communication skills—able to work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Vendors to resolve discrepancies
