- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests to ensure seamless service
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety, security, and confidentiality at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on customer service excellence
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software to streamline check-in/out processes
