What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Attendant position at Best Western?
Room Attendant daily tasks include:
- Replenishes guest room supplies and amenities
- May include cleaning and maintaining public areas
- Communicates effectively with guests, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Must be able to life/push/pull up to 50lbs.
- Follows hotel grooming and dress standards.
- Must be able to use the equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, vacuum, cleaning supplies and safety equipment.
- Remove all used linens from room and bath; replace with clean linens.
- Check refrigerator and microwave for trash; remove and clean to standards.
- Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.
- Uses Housekeeping chemicals as necessary to clean assigned areas.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.10 - $12.00 per hour
