We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests during their stay. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a background in hospitality management, and the ability to handle night audit responsibilities efficiently. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring all guest needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and reservations.
• Manage phone systems effectively, providing information to callers and routing calls as necessary.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest services and satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations.
• Excellent hospitality management skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Proficient in handling phone etiquette and managing phone systems efficiently.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
