- Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and reservations.
- Manage phone systems effectively, providing information to callers and routing calls as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
