Overview:
We are seeking an Accounting Manager who will also serve as the primary SaaS system administrator for the firm's project accounting and ERP platform. This strategic role combines high-level project accounting, system administration, and cross-functional support, including close collaboration with HR on payroll and retirement plan processes.
The ideal candidate brings accounting experience within a project-based professional services environment, strong technical aptitude, and a collaborative mindset to support leadership, project teams, HR, and accounting management.
Key Requirements:
- Deltek software (Vantagepoint or Vision) required
- Deltek Administrator experience
- Ownership of month-end close (MEC)
- Ideally A/E/C industry background
- Tech-savvy
