M&A Associate Attorney

We are looking for outstanding associate attorneys with excellent credentials and solid M&A experience for a mid-level corporate associate position (4 years of experience) in the Transactions practice of an AmLaw 100 firm in their Washington, D.C. office.

Competitive candidates will have experience with:

• middle-market and upper middle-market M&A transactions
• private equity acquisitions and dispositions
• securities and general corporate matters
• client-facing deal execution and coordination

This practice advises public and private companies as well as private equity sponsors on a wide range of sophisticated corporate transactions. The role will be heavily focused on domestic and cross-border M&A and is well-suited to a candidate comfortable running deals, managing workstreams, and working directly with partners and clients.

Salary range: $290K-$390K
