Key Responsibilities
• Lead appellate strategy and oversee all phases of appeals.

• Collaborate with trial teams to preserve issues for appeal.
• Conduct advanced research on novel and complex legal questions.
• Mentor junior attorneys and guide litigation teams.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding case progress and strategy.

Qualifications
• 18 years of appellate or complex litigation experience.
• Proven success handling appeals before state and/or federal courts.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Ability to independently manage a substantial, sophisticated appellate docket.
