Key Responsibilities
• Represent employees in wage-and-hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters.
• Handle class certification, discovery, depositions, and motion practice in complex cases.
• Manage FLSA collective actions, PAGA claims, and state-law wage class actions.
• Advocate before agencies including the EEOC and state civil rights departments.
• Conduct client interviews, gather evidence, and collaborate with experts.
• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation.

Qualifications
• 1–10 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.
• Background in wage-and-hour laws, PAGA, collective actions, or discrimination cases preferred.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple active matters and high-volume class action dockets.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
