Key Responsibilities

• Litigate a wide range of employment law matters, including defense and plaintiff-side disputes

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other filings

• Assist with depositions, court appearances, discovery, and case strategy

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support client counseling on employment issues

• Maintain strong communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

• 3–5 years of employment litigation experience

• Admission to practice law in the applicable state
