Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior trial attorneys to develop litigation and trial strategies.

• Handle hearings, motions, and trial work under supervision.

• Assist with all aspects of trial preparation, including depositions, witness prep, and evidentiary review.

• Manage case tasks and deadlines with increasing responsibility and independence.

• Prepare witnesses for depositions and trial testimony.

• Travel frequently across California for hearings, trials, and case-related proceedings.

• Contribute to maintaining trial readiness and supporting the litigation team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of trial-related or litigation experience.

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently throughout California.
