• 2–8 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Attorney handling complex business disputes.

• Am Law 100 experience preferred, and graduation from a Top 30 law school is a plus.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the California Bar or clear path to eligibility (California Bar required).

• Exceptional writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy and work well in a team-driven setting.
