This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career lawyer to work closely with nationally recognized advocates on complex appeals before federal courts. Key Responsibilities
• Draft appellate briefs, motions, and related filings
• Conduct in-depth legal research on complex federal issues
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case development
• Participate in client meetings and discussions
• Support preparation for oral arguments and appeals

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of relevant litigation or appellate experience
• Appellate clerkship experience at SCOTUS or a federal court of appeals
• Strong research, analysis, and writing skills
• JD from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Demonstrated academic excellence
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
