Key Responsibilities

• Handle pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Hatch-Waxman cases and related disputes.

• Provide strategic counseling on intellectual property and patent portfolio management.

• Conduct and oversee legal research, discovery, and brief drafting in complex IP matters.

• Collaborate with partners and cross-disciplinary teams in multiple jurisdictions.

• Engage in trial preparation, client strategy sessions, and settlement negotiations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in patent litigation, particularly in pharmaceutical or life sciences disputes.

• Undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or a related field.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Admission to a U.S. state bar required.

• USPTO registration preferred, but not mandatory.

• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team on high-stakes, complex matters.
