A highly respected Massachusetts-based law firm is seeking an Employment Law Associate with 3–5 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling. This position offers an opportunity to represent employers in complex employment matters while advising on compliance and workplace best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Advise employers on compliance with federal and state employment statutes, including ADA, FMLA, PFML, FLSA, MA Wage Act, Chapter 151B, Title VII, ADEA, and MNAA.
• Draft, negotiate, and review restrictive covenant, employment, and severance agreements.
• Represent clients in employment litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Conduct internal investigations and provide strategic guidance on workplace disputes.
• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings on complex employment issues.

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required.
• 3–5 years of experience in employment law and litigation.
• In-depth familiarity with Massachusetts and federal employment statutes.
• Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, client-service orientation, and self-starter attitude.
