Key Responsibilities
• Represent employers in complex employment litigation in state and federal courts.
• Handle disputes involving restrictive covenants, non-compete agreements, and trade secrets.
• Provide day-to-day employment counseling to technology companies and other business clients.
• Advise clients on employment-related issues arising from mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
• Draft and review employee handbooks, workplace policies, and employment agreements.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and discovery materials.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Assist with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding employment law compliance and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with partners on sophisticated employment matters.
• Manage multiple active litigation and counseling matters efficiently.
• Deliver practical legal advice focused on minimizing business risk.

Requirements
• 2–3 years of management-side employment litigation and counseling experience.
• Washington Bar membership preferred.
