Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Location: New York, NY
A leading investment management firm is seeking a Vice President of FP&A to support strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis across the organization. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to provide actionable insights, drive decision-making, and enhance financial reporting and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
- Analyze financial and operating results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare presentations and reporting materials for executive leadership
- Partner with business leaders across investment, operations, and corporate functions
- Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience, preferably within asset management, private equity, hedge funds, or alternative investments
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
