Firm: Asset Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior operational leader responsible for building and scaling the firm’s operating model as AUM grows, including infrastructure, controls, and organizational build-out.
• Partner with senior leadership on firm-wide planning, including resource allocation, budgeting, organizational design, and strategic priorities.
• Oversee investment operations and controls, ensuring accurate trade lifecycle processing, position tracking, cash management, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with external service providers across legal, accounting, administration, custody, and financing relationships to ensure seamless execution and oversight.
• Support investor-facing processes, including onboarding workflows, operational diligence, reporting delivery, and responses to institutional investor requests.
• Help drive compliance and regulatory readiness, including operational policies, filings support, examination preparedness, and risk monitoring frameworks.
• Manage finance and treasury functions, including liquidity oversight, expense governance, audit coordination, tax support, and banking relationships.

Experience:

• 10 years of operations and accounting at a small to mid sized asset manager wearing multiple hats
• CPA/CFA preferred
