A lower middle market private equity firm is hiring a Private Equity Investment Associate to join its NYC investment team.


The role offers direct exposure to senior investors and live transactions within a lean deal team focused on founder-led and middle market businesses.


Core responsibilities include financial modeling (LBO / operating models), due diligence, investment research, IC materials, transaction execution, and post-close portfolio monitoring.


Looking for:

  • 2–3 years in investment banking or Big 4 transaction advisory
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Interest in private equity investing in the lower middle market
