Location: Berlin, NH

Pay: $30.15 - $37.69 hourly

Shift: Days 8 hours Monday-Friday 8hr Days 40hrs/week

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join the General team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:

• Provide therapeutic and diagnostic cardiopulmonary services in accordance with practitioner prescriptions and department policies
• Deliver age-appropriate care to a diversified patient population
• Demonstrate knowledge of hospital policies and procedures as well as AARC standards of practice
• Work under the direction of practitioners and supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Services Clinical Supervisor
• Maintain current New Hampshire License/Registration
• Obtain and maintain ACLS certification or demonstrate eligibility for certification by National Board of Respiratory Care
• Obtain PALS and NRP certification within six months of hire
• Maintain current CPR certification
• Demonstrate judgment capabilities regarding diagnostic and therapeutic modalities
• Apply thorough knowledge and understanding of applicable physiology and pathology
• Work independently while maintaining willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
• Utilize effective communication skills when interacting with peers and patients
• Demonstrate familiarity with computer applications and willingness to learn software applications
• Provide patient-centered holistic care with compassion and empathy
• Maintain technical aptitude for respiratory care equipment and procedures

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in good standing (state-specific)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant General experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
