Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the General team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
- Provide neonatal care services as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Level III-IV NICUs and Level II Special Care Nurseries
- Work collaboratively with Neonatologists to provide coverage to delivery services and care for all infants in the NICU
- Work evening shifts alongside a Neonatologist in Level III-IV NICUs
- Provide 24/7 coverage in Level II units with daily Neonatologist rounds and emergency availability
- Work combination of 12 and 24-hour shifts with flexible scheduling options
- Share responsibility for attendance at deliveries with Neonatologists
- Maintain Board Certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- Maintain valid Arizona nursing license
- Obtain and maintain DEA certification prior to start
- Complete facility-by-facility provider clearance requirements
- Provide care across multiple affiliated hospitals and nurseries in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing (state-specific)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant General experience preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
