Job Description

- Create and update purchase orders in QuickBooks.
- Track delivery dates and report any delays.
- Monitor inventory using shortage reports and maintain accuracy.
- Conduct purchasing research to identify cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for purchase order management.
- Ability to read and interpret Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Basic Excel skills for reporting and data tracking.
- Experience in a machine shop environment is highly desired.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Background in HR assistance.
- Interest in project management roles.
