Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
- Promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills.
- Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer payroll, benefits programs, and compensation structures.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
- HR Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide reports to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
