This is a full-time, onsite role based in Madison, Wisconsin, with a consistent weekday schedule and flexibility for occasional agency events.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Human Resources Manager leads all aspects of human resources operations while fostering a culture rooted in belonging, wellness, accountability, and growth. This role partners closely with organizational leadership to support recruitment, onboarding, staff development, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings empathy, cultural awareness, and a collaborative approach to supporting staff as they advance the organization’s mission and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development initiatives
- Administer benefits, payroll collaboration, compensation structures, and HR policies
- Partner with leadership to foster a culture of belonging, engagement, and continuous learning
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and maintain HR documentation
- Use data, feedback, and evaluation tools to assess and improve employee experience and retention
- Facilitate training, leadership development, and culture-building initiatives aligned with organizational values
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience across core human resources functions in a collaborative environment
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations
- Ability to build trust, manage confidential information, and lead with empathy

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
