The HR Manager responsibilities include:
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using Kronos
- Process new hire paperwork
- Provide scheduling data, including maintaining previous schedules
- Track attendance and tardy s, provide disciplinary forms to managers as needed
- Create and maintain a master schedule and a daily schedule, including reaching out to staff to fill any openings
- Meet and work with leaders in the organization to understanding staffing needs
- Work with schools and other organizations to improve our applicant pipeline
- Make sure employees time is properly tracked for payroll purposes
HR Manager Qualifications:
- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle challenging situations
- Attentive to details
- Previous experience dealing with workers comp, unemployment and employee relations
- Previous experience working with scheduling preferably in a healthcare setting
- Previous experience dealing with employee relations
