Qualifications:
- 1 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
- Intermediate Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
Key Responsibilities:
Credit Card Management
- Update credit card balances daily
- Reload funds when balances are low
- Track charges and verify against scheduled payments
Invoice Management
- Enter invoices into QuickBooks Online
- Process payments after obtaining approval
Payment Processing
- Execute approved payments via Melio, PayPal, and Wise
Bank Reconciliation
- Reconcile bank statements on a weekly basis
