Responsibilities:
- Support the Credit Manager and the department in achieving company goals and exceeding customer expectations.
- Monitor and follow up on insurance payments, property tax, and escrow issues related to client loans.
- Maintain essential communication channels with external clients and internal departments regarding loan servicing concerns and account matters.
- Follow up on past-due accounts and prepare related management reports in collaboration with designated account officers.
- Conduct account research and assist with internal investigations as necessary.
- Ensure full adherence to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards, including BSA/AML and related requirements.
- Develop, compile, and review various correspondence, reports, records, and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate logs and records for timely resolution of client concerns.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma and a minimum of three to five years of related experience with an emphasis on lending or commercial real estate.
- In-depth knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and compliance requirements is essential.
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical and organizational capabilities with a commitment to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Commitment to ensuring the confidentiality, security, and safekeeping of customer information.
- Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in various computer software and banking applications.
- Accustomed to a professional business office environment in both manner and dress.
