Sido Miami Real Estate is actively recruiting multiple Commercial Real Estate Agents to join our expanding brokerage platform. This is a hybrid position that offers the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining access to in-person collaboration, client meetings, property tours, and team support throughout South Florida.
Agents will work directly alongside senior professionals on leasing, investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, and owner advisory assignments. In addition to commercial brokerage opportunities, Sido provides agents the flexibility to pursue residential sales and leasing transactions, allowing professionals to diversify their income streams while building long-term careers in real estate.
- Execute office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use leasing assignments
- Represent landlords, tenants, investors, and ownership groups
- Support investment sales, acquisitions, dispositions, and advisory mandates
- Prepare market analyses, underwriting, financial evaluations, and pricing strategies
- Assist with business development, marketing campaigns, property tours, negotiations, and transaction management
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals
- Participate in residential sales and leasing opportunities as desired
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Commercial real estate experience preferred but not required
- Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently while contributing within a collaborative team environment
- Desire to build a long-term career in commercial real estate brokerage
