What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Case Manager position at Ascendo Resources?
We are seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to join our growing Miami office. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients navigate their legal and medical cases with care and accuracy.
You will play a key role in coordinating EUOs (Examinations Under Oath) and IMEs (Independent Medical Exams), maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring all documentation is properly managed and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate EUOs and IMEs, ensuring timely communication with all involved parties
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding medical treatment and case progress
- Request, track, and organize medical records and billing information
- Review and verify medical documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Provide regular updates to clients on case status
- Keep detailed, organized, and compliant case files
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in case management or a related role (preferably within a personal injury firm)
- Fluent in English and Spanish — both written and verbal
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
- Available to start immediately
