Job Title: Sr. Freight Forwarding Logistics Operator
Location: Duluth, GA 30096
Duration: 1-Year Contract
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Language Requirement: Korean & English (Bilingual Required)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations including FTL, LTL, Ocean, Air, and other transportation modes.
- Coordinate with warehouses for cargo receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Schedule and track shipments with trucking and shipping carriers.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as B/L, AWB, BOL, invoices, and packing lists.
- Process customer invoices (A/R) and verify vendor invoices (A/P).
- Monitor shipment profitability and support P&L tracking.
- Complete shipment settlement and closing activities.
- Maintain accurate records in TMS/ERP systems.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Assist with claims and issue resolution related to delays, damage, or loss.
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation operations experience preferred.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures, warehouse coordination, and customs processes.
- Bilingual in Korean and English (required).
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
