Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant – Northern California & Bay Area
We are currently hiring Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for multiple openings across Northern California and the Bay Area, including San Jose, Santa Clara, Hayward, Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Solano County, Marysville, and surrounding areas.
Opportunities are available in a variety of settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Post-Acute Care, and Home Health. We welcome both local candidates and travel therapists interested in Northern California assignments.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, functional, and physical impairments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Support patients in achieving functional goals and improving quality of life
Qualifications
- Active California PT or PTA license
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Previous SNF, Home Health, or Post-Acute experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
