Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily production and assembly line operations by preparing materials, tools, and components for manufacturing teams.
• Assist in inventory staging, component scanning, and material movement across warehouse and shop floor zones.
• Perform quality checks on assembled units, flagging discrepancies or defects for immediate resolution.
• Operate basic machinery and hand tools under supervision to support assembly, packaging, and labeling tasks.
• Document production logs, completion counts, and workflow bottlenecks to assist process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational flow on the production floor.
