• Coordinate and manage installation and service appointment schedules for multiple field technicians across assigned regions.
• Communicate clearly with clients to confirm appointments, provide reminders, and adjust schedules as needed due to weather, delays, or emergencies.
• Partner with project managers and dispatchers to optimize technician routing and ensure maximum daily efficiency.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records in our CRM and internal systems, ensuring real-time updates for all stakeholders.
• Handle last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests with professionalism and speed to minimize downtime.
• Provide frontline customer support by answering scheduling-related inquiries via phone and email with a service-first mindset.
