Role & Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities
- Process and verify purchase orders, inbound/outbound invoices, and vendor documentation with 99% accuracy.
- Maintain and update digital and cloud-based inventory logs, pricing sheets, and customer order trackers in real-time.
- Coordinate scheduling, data entry, and communication between sales, logistics, and warehouse teams via email, CRM, and internal tools.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting summaries for management (sales volume, backorders, vendor performance).
- Support customer service with order status updates, return documentation, and escalation tracking.
- Digitally file and archive contracts, warranty forms, and vendor agreements using standardized naming and folder structures.
- Must-Have
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- CRM or ERP exposure (Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong data entry & accuracy under tight deadlines
- Remote work discipline — self-managed, punctual, and communicative
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational hygiene

- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or e-commerce admin dashboards
- Basic knowledge of inventory management or supply chain workflows
- Previous exposure to manufacturing or B2B wholesale operations
