Responsibilities
- Mask customer hardware to prepare for coating
- Sandblast parts as part of the surface prep process
- Apply solid film lubricants to aerospace components
- Heat cure coated parts to spec
- Provide general production support as needed
Experience
- No prior experience necessary — full training provided
- Comfortable working with your hands in a hands-on production environment
- Strong attention to detail; this work supports FAA-regulated aerospace hardware
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to build a long-term skill set
- Ability to work well as part of a small, close-knit team
