Alliance InfoSystems, LLC, a MSP, headquartered in Hunt Valley, MD, is growing its Sales team in Hunt Valley. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a passion for IT and desire for continuous improvement and learning.
Responsibilities (Summary):
- The Account Manager (AM) maintains consistent communication with their clients and facilitates timely service delivery.
- Educate assigned clients/customers on AIS core value services.
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for clients that fall under position purview.
- Identify and present opportunities to align client technology to AIS’ core stack configuration.
- Create, track and manage opportunities through their lifecycle with relevant data included in ConnectWise for team review once converted to a sales order. Oversees and provides guidance on resolution of client/customer issues as they arise.
- Schedule and present Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews with clients
- Participate in various individual and group projects as directed.
- Proposal creation and proposal review with clients and AIS staff.
- The AM will be available and responsive to inbound communications from their clients, and will maintain routine check-ins, ensuring that topics and concerns are addressed, and loops are closed.
- While not directly responsible for resolving technical issues faced by the client, when presented with a technical issue, the Account Manager is responsible for making sure the issues have been handed off to the appropriate AIS team and are addressed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for proactive approach to consistently look for ways to improve their clients’ experience and interactions with AIS.
- Regular reviews of service delivery with clients.
- Establish and manage client expectations.
Successful candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- 5 years customer service experience preferred
- 3 years technical experience relevant to position responsibilities
- Exhibited proficiency in all Microsoft office programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exhibited strong attention to detail
- Proactive in coordinating with internal resources to see assigned tasks/projects through to completion
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills
- Prior team lead experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
