Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Baltimore, MD. The Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating product deliveries, responding to client inquiries, and educating customers on the use of products and services. The role also involves supporting the implementation of the company's clinic-based delivery model and identifying ways to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and client communication abilities
- Knowledge of medical equipment, healthcare practices, or experience in a related field
- Time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of insurance claim processes and billing is preferred
- Proficient in using technology and software to facilitate communication and task management
- Territory Management experience is preferred
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles is a plus
