A well-established investment management firm is seeking an experienced Controller / Finance & Operations Manager to oversee accounting, financial reporting, operational processes, regulatory support, and business administration functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, expense allocations, and financial reporting.
- Oversee daily operational workflows, transaction processing, and cash management activities.
- Support regulatory reporting obligations and coordinate with external compliance advisors and service providers.
- Prepare and review investor reporting, performance reporting, and management reports.
- Monitor accounting, tax, and regulatory developments and implement necessary process enhancements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
- Coordinate payroll processing, vendor management, insurance renewals, and corporate administration.
- Assist with tax reporting and coordination with external accounting and tax advisors.
- Support quarterly and annual audit processes.
Qualifications
- 5 years of accounting, finance, fund accounting, or controller experience within an investment management, asset management, hedge fund, private equity, family office, or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and operational controls.
- Experience working alongside compliance, legal, audit, tax, and external service providers.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Experience with portfolio accounting, investment operations, or reporting platforms is preferred.
