Senior Solution Architect

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for a Contract with a client in New York, NY(Hybrid). You will lead application modernization initiatives and design scalable digital architectures to meet enterprise needs.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Solution Architect Job Responsibilities Include

• Lead application modernization initiatives and design scalable digital architectures aligned with business goals.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular/React.
• Architect solutions leveraging containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensure robust integration of infrastructure, middleware, APIs, microservices, and security frameworks across platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage onshore/offshore technical teams to deliver complex solutions effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues across infrastructure, applications, and databases while maintaining compliance with internal processes.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with proven expertise in application modernization and digital technology stacks.
• Hands-on proficiency in full-stack development (Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React) and strong knowledge of RDBMS.
• Deep experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps practices (CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible), and cloud-based architectures.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
