- Drive the development of AI applications to enhance business outcomes
- Maintain exceptional deliverables while upholding operational excellence
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Utilize innovative approaches to problem-solving and process enhancement
- Mentor and develop team members to build a top-performing workforce
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in application architecture/solution architecture
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science preferred
- Experience managing technology solutions across various aspects
- Leading rapid-prototyping efforts with emerging technologies
- Building production-level AI features and applications
- Designing technical architectures for large-scale platforms
- Contributing to incubators and innovation lab environments
- Leading developers in delivery of software products
- Developing applications with proficiency in scripting languages
- Knowledge in cloud architectures and services
- Knowledge in event-driven and microservices architectures
