Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Solution Architect to support solutioning across technology domains including Agentic AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud Platforms, Data Engineering, and AI/ML. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong client-facing skills, proven success in leading client orals, and the ability to command executive rooms with clarity and confidence.
The candidate will contribute to pre-sales, solution design, and client workshops, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. This role is pivotal in translating business needs into scalable, secure, and innovative architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Solutioning
Lead client orals and workshops with confidence and clarity, representing Genpact’s solutioning capabilities.
Translate client needs into compelling solution architectures across cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), data, and AI/ML platforms.
Partner with SVP and practice leads to co-develop winning proposals and transformation roadmaps.
Technology Implementation Experience
Leverage prior hands-on experience in complex technology implementations to inform solution design and client discussions. Areas of experience should include:
Application Development: Custom solutions across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.
Application Support: Scalable support models and transition planning.
Infrastructure Support: Cloud migration, hybrid infrastructure design, and operational readiness.
ERP Implementation & Support: SAP, Oracle, or Workday implementations, upgrades, and managed services.
While this role does not require direct implementation or oversight, the candidate must bring deep understanding from past delivery experience to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business imperatives.
Practice Enablement
Mentor junior architects and contribute to capability building in emerging technologies.
Stay current with market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client expectations.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or technology consulting.
Proven success in client-facing roles, especially in leading orals and executive presentations.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, data platforms, and AI/ML ecosystems.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in application development, infrastructure support, and ERP programs (from prior roles).
Experience contributing to end-to-end solution design and developing reusable assets such as estimators, frameworks, and templates.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in multi-tower solutions across tech and business operations is a plus.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
