Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA/ RTP, NC. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Service Parts Planning, Pega (CSA-certified), and cross‑functional requirement gathering to ensure efficient inventory, fulfillment, and service operations.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engineer Job Responsibilities Include

• Manage Service Parts Planning activities using Servigistics, including demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Configure and support Oracle Order Management and Inventory modules to ensure accurate parts fulfillment, shipping, and stock control.
• Design, implement, and enhance SPM solutions leveraging PTC Servigistics with strong domain knowledge in service planning.
• Support reverse logistics processes, including returns, repairs, and refurbishment, to improve service efficiency and cost control.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and communicate requirements, translating them into functional system solutions.
• Analyze data using SQL/PL SQL and apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous process improvements.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Service Parts Management, Service Planning, and Supply Chain systems.
• Strong expertise in PTC Servigistics SPM and Oracle Inventory/Order Management with proven experience in demand, supply, and inventory optimization.
• Pega CSA–certified professional with solid knowledge of reverse logistics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively capture and communicate business requirements.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
