The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Director’s Action Group Team Member for the Sentinel Systems Division.

DUTIES:
- Division lead for Division Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder, Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) Timekeeper.
- Reviews and approves, or is a major contributor to/ lead author of, management reports or contractual documents for external distribution. Provides inputs to policies.
- Collaborates with individuals and teams with a focus on project/program issues.
- Assumes ownership of processes and products, as appropriate.
- Develops, integrates, and implements solutions to diverse, highly complex problems across multiple areas and disciplines.
- Interacts and coordinates with a wide variety of internal and external Mission Partners and Higher Headquarter organizations and functionals.
- Oversees a variety of functions including incoming/outgoing correspondence, records management, publications/forms management, administrative standard operating procedures, administrative internal controls, and organizational files management.
- Tracks and processes action items and reviews responses sent to Executive Leadership Team. Submits error-free and timely responses/final products to originators.
- Plans, develops, and executes assigned administrative management program needs.
- Government Purchase Card experience is highly desired. Comprehensive knowledge of organizational elements and confidence in briefing senior leaders.
- Expertise in executive writing and the ability to reliably deliver error-free, high-quality products that effectively communicate the messages and themes of the supported senior leader is highly desired.
- Extensive knowledge and familiarity with tools such as SharePoint and Task Management Tool (TMT) for project tracking and management is highly desired.
- Ability to plan, organize, and direct Division Support functions/responsibilities is valued.
- Knowledge of records management principles, programs, and procedures is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in a logical and clear manner, both orally and in writing is desired.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment is valued.
- Knowledge of Department of the Air Force DoD regulations, instructions, and policies for execution of various duties is a plus.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance and will be required to handle and safeguard sensitive and/or classified information in accordance with regulations.
- This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Reduction Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing.
