Job Title: Primary Care Physician
Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including preventive care, routine health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivering primary care consultations.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of residency training in a relevant specialty
Experience:
- 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
Licensure/Certifications:
- Active and unrestricted Florida medical license
- Current DEA registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine preferred
