Job Summary

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care.
• Manage preventive, acute, and chronic conditions.
• Conduct evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and consultations.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school with completed residency.
• Active Florida medical license and DEA required.
• BLS certification required.
• Family Medicine board certification/eligibility preferred.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Effective in collaborative, team-based care.
• Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards preferred.
• Computer/EHR proficiency required.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Flexible to work at other locations as needed.
• Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.
