Onsite Recruiter

Adecco is now hiring in North Fort Worth an Onsite/In office Recruiter :
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet staffing needs. This role manages the full recruitment cycle, partners with hiring managers, and ensures a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles.

• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in the ATS.

• Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and onboarding steps.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide hiring updates.

• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate candidate documentation.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience (high-volume or agency preferred).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.

• Bilingual - Spanish

• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.

• Flexible work scheduled to work weekends as needed

Schedule & Environment:

• Fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

• May require occasional onsite or event support, depending on business needs.

Comprensive Benefits after 1 week

Pay Rate - $22.00 - $26 based on experience

Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm scheduled with shift flexibility and weekends as needed

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
