Adecco is now hiring in North Fort Worth an Onsite/In office Recruiter :
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet staffing needs. This role manages the full recruitment cycle, partners with hiring managers, and ensures a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles.
Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in the ATS.
Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and onboarding steps.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide hiring updates.
Ensure compliance and maintain accurate candidate documentation.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of recruiting experience (high-volume or agency preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
Bilingual - Spanish
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
Flexible work scheduled to work weekends as needed
Schedule & Environment:
Fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
May require occasional onsite or event support, depending on business needs.
Comprensive Benefits after 1 week
Pay Rate - $22.00 - $26 based on experience
Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm scheduled with shift flexibility and weekends as needed
Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
