Available Schedules:
Monday–Thursday, 7 AM–5 PM | $25/hr
Thursday–Sunday, 7 AM–5 PM | $27/hr
Position Description:
As a key member of our team, you’ll operate a truck-mounted pulling unit to service uranium production and injection wells at our ISR mine. You’ll handle daily maintenance to ensure smooth operations in the wellfield — from installing submersible pumps and motors to performing chemical treatments that improve flow and overall production efficiency. A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance is essential in every aspect of your work.
Responsibilities:
Operate truck-mounted pulling units and related support equipment (hose reels, trailers, water wagons) to install or repair well casing and submersible pumps.
Perform chemical treatments on wells to enhance flow and production efficiency.
Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot pulling units and equipment per company standards.
Safely operate a pickup truck on company property as needed.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with insurability under company policy.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and math (including multiplication and division).
Experience with pulling units or similar equipment used in water or oil well service.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Demands:
This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting (25–100 lbs).
Work Environment:
Work takes place primarily outdoors at a uranium ISR facility, with exposure to low levels of radioactive materials, moderate noise, moving equipment, uneven ground, and varying weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, rain, and mud).

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
