Available Schedules:

• Monday–Thursday, 7 AM–5 PM | $25/hr

• Thursday–Sunday, 7 AM–5 PM | $27/hr

Position Description:

As a key member of our team, you’ll operate a truck-mounted pulling unit to service uranium production and injection wells at our ISR mine. You’ll handle daily maintenance to ensure smooth operations in the wellfield — from installing submersible pumps and motors to performing chemical treatments that improve flow and overall production efficiency. A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance is essential in every aspect of your work.

Responsibilities:

• Operate truck-mounted pulling units and related support equipment (hose reels, trailers, water wagons) to install or repair well casing and submersible pumps.

• Perform chemical treatments on wells to enhance flow and production efficiency.

• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot pulling units and equipment per company standards.

• Safely operate a pickup truck on company property as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with insurability under company policy.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and math (including multiplication and division).

• Experience with pulling units or similar equipment used in water or oil well service.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Demands:

This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting (25–100 lbs).

Work Environment:

Work takes place primarily outdoors at a uranium ISR facility, with exposure to low levels of radioactive materials, moderate noise, moving equipment, uneven ground, and varying weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, rain, and mud).

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
