Skills You’ll Master: Tool Time: Use a tape measure, hammer, 4-pound hammer, battery-powered drill, and other tools with confidence. Handy Hero: Cut and drill holes, insulate ductwork, build platforms, and carry up to 100lbs with assistance. Load and Unload: Handle loading and unloading trucks and flatbeds like a pro. Warehouse Wizard: Keep the warehouse and truck stocked and organized. High School Diploma or GED: Your education is the foundation of your success.

Bonus Points For: Trade School or Certificate: Show off your specialized training. Associates Degree: Take your qualifications to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

• Ductwork Dynamo: Install, support, and clean ductwork per code.

• NATE Certification: Attend review courses, study, and prepare for the exam.

• Paperwork Pro: Complete invoices, estimates, orders, and timecards accurately.

• Supply Scout: Pick up parts and supplies as needed.

• Customer Champion: Work well with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and earning positive reviews.

• Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude always.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Stay Active: Reaching, bending, stooping, walking, sitting, crawling, squatting, and lifting up to 300 pounds.

• Weather Warrior: Work in various environmental conditions, from heat to cold and everything in between.

Level Up to Level 2:

• Master Installations: Understand replacement installations and basic refrigeration.

• Ductwork Pro: Install standard ductwork fittings.

• Tech Savvy: Wire and program controls and thermostats.

• Tool Ready: Possess the required Maintenance Technician tool set.

• Certified: Obtain EPA Certification and pass the NATE Support Technician exam.

• Sales Success: Generate accessory revenue and sell maintenance agreements.

• Recommendation: Earn a recommendation for advancement from your Field Training Supervisor.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
